In line with regulatory directives on the capping of estimated bills, AEDC has completed credit adjustments for affected unmetered customers who were overbilled.

As a customer-focused organization, we are committed to ensuring that you receive appropriate compensation in line with the NERC MYTO regulation. Band A customers affected by supply hours of less than 20 hours per month have been compensated accordingly in the form of extra units for prepaid customers and credit adjustments for postpaid customers.
