Oluseyi Olanrewaju is the Chief Finance Officer of Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc (AEDC), with over 20 years of leadership experience spanning finance, telecommunications, and digital transformation. Before joining AEDC, he served as Group CFO at SecureID Group and held key positions at Vodacom Business Africa (Nigeria), including Acting Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer.

He has worked with top-tier organisations such as MTN Nigeria, Internet Solutions, General Electric, PwC, and Zenith Bank, consistently delivering strategic value and operational efficiency.

Oluseyi has received multiple industry recognitions, including CFO of the Year (Telecoms) in 2016, 2018, and 2019, ICAN Notable Personality (2020), LinkedIn Africa Influencer Award (2020), and listings among Nigeria’s Top 50 CFOs and Top 100 Telecoms Personalities.

He is widely respected for his expertise in IFRS, IPSAS, corporate governance, and financial strategy. His core strengths include risk management, audit and compliance, treasury, cost optimisation, tax strategy, and business transformation.

A dedicated people leader, Oluseyi is passionate about mentoring and team development.

He holds a PhD in Accounting, an MSc in Finance, and an MBA, alongside certifications from Yaba College of Technology and Oxford Brookes University. He is a Fellow of ICAN, CITN, CIMA (UK), ACCA (UK), AICPA (USA), NIM, IoD Nigeria, SFCG, ICCMN, and AFAR.
