Engr. Adeyemi Jonathan CBO Outer Region (Kogi, Nassarawa and Niger) is a seasoned expert in the power and energy sector, with over 19 years of all-round experience spanning power distribution, commercial operations, revenue protection, and electrical design and installation, including power and distribution transformers. Jonathan joined the defunct NEPA in 2005, as a graduate of electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State.

Over the course of his time in the power sector, Jonathan has navigated diverse roles, from marketer to marketing supervisor/manager, operation and maintenance engineer, senior manager of technical services, area manager, and business district manager. His trajectory has been marked by consistent excellence, earning him accolades such as the title of Best Service Engineer bestowed by AEDC management and various positions of recognition for outstanding performance.

Engr. Adeyemi Jonathan expertise lies in turnaround management, as evidenced by his successful revitalization of underperforming areas within the AEDC franchise, culminating in top-ranking performance metrics. Notably, he has exhibited prowess in revenue protection, effecting substantial improvements in collection rates and energy recovery while spearheading operations against energy theft.

Enhancing his technical acumen, Jonathan holds a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A) and certifications in Data Processing and Management Information Systems from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He is a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), as well as a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

As a versatile energy expert with a strong interpersonal skill, he has been able to build strong relationships with stakeholders in the energy sector and allied customers. Additionally, as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC), he demonstrates a commitment to conflict resolution and consensus-building.
