Mr. Adeniyi Adejola is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc (AEDC), with over two decades of proven expertise in business transformation, strategy, people management, process engineering, organizational culture, and technology adoption.
His career spans reputable local and multinational organizations including Nestlé, Coca-Cola HBC, Globacom, and UAC of Nigeria. Prior to joining AEDC, he served as Group Head of Human Resources and Administration at a leading downstream oil and gas company, where he successfully implemented strategic people initiatives and supported the company’s expansion into Nigeria’s Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) value chain.
Mr. Adejola holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Obafemi Awolowo University and Master’s degrees from the University of Lagos and the University of Ilorin. He is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and also holds global HR certifications from SHRM and Korn Ferry™.
