Tranche B provides free prepaid meters to eligible unmetered customers, particularly those in Band A and selected Band B categories. These meters enable customers to monitor usage and ensure that billing reflects actual electricity consumed—promoting greater confidence in the billing process.
Ensuring Quality and Transparency
Every meter deployed under Tranche B meets strict regulatory and operational standards. The devices are prepaid, certified, and sourced from approved Meter Asset Providers (MAPs).
What Customers Can Expect
